Otherwise there would be alot more to read in the general forum than this thread. Which by the way has more feedback and comments than anything else posted in a while. Other than zcon posts obviously.
That in itself is sad isn't it?
If this forum doesn't want the content that is fine. I won't post and most likely will go away which won't affect this place one way or the other. And I agree people do move on, but why push them away? The diehard Z guys still stick around, it's not because of the content here, it's the community and friendships that have been made.
It's to the point that if you no longer have a Z the only function you have is to reply to posts as we can't start new ones since it obviously isn't z related...or if you have a kid. Those posts are still allowed I take it. :) Or are those guys required to stick the new born in the z for the first picture? Oh and happy birthday posts... Those are valid content posts too.
I'm just saying there are exceptions to the hard core rules already.
